Terms & Conditions

1. General

The terms & use of Tripamix subscription services are listed below.

2. Definitions

Tripamix – the entity, which provides a platform for various property types to display their property and allow bookings to take place under the name of “Tripamix”.

Tripamix platform- the functionality of which Tripamix sits on. This includes the domain names and all the functionality attached to the domain and additional applications provided by Tripamix.

Services- any functionality provided by Tripamix is a service being provided.

3. Age Policy

To create an account on Tripamix you must be at least 13 years of age.

Tripamix reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time.

4. Cooling off Period

A “cooling off period” enables you to receive a full refund within 14 (Fourteen) days on the basis you are not satisfied with the service being provided or have accidentally signed up.

5. Payments

In order to use Tripamix for your property you must pay a monthly fee. You must designate and provide the requested information regarding your preferred payment method. In Tripamix’s case it would be a credit card, debit card, online payment service or any other payment method made available by Tripamix.

By providing your payment information, you are authorising Tripamix and third party service providers, payment processors, payment card networks, payment gateways to receive, store, encrypt your payment information.

In order to modify your payment information or payment method you can do so by logging in to your b2b extranet and viewing the payment method area. You can also email us at or call your local Tripamix customer service number.

No refunds or credits will be provided by Tripamix or its third parties other than mentioned in the “cooling off period” section and “cancellation” section.

If your payment provider determines fraudulent charges are being placed on your Tripamix account via your payment method with our services please communicate this with us as soon as possible via

Payment methods which are not accepted by Tripamix for subscription service are cheques and bank transfers.

6. Free Trial

Tripamix is a free service. If you have opted in for the “Tripamix premium membership”- this may start with a free trial. The free trial period for any subscription will last for the time specified when signing up. Once your free trial expires Tripamix will begin billing (the payment method you provided when signing up) you on a monthly basis. You can cancel your free trial any time during the free trial period. You can cancel via the login area, contacting us via email or calling your local Tripamix customer service number.

7. Fees

Tripamix is a free service. However, for users of Tripamix to access certain functionality, a subscription payment will be required. These fees (along with taxes if applicable) need to be payed on a monthly basis.

8. Auto-renewal

Tripamix is a free service. However also offers a premium membership, which is a monthly service, which will automatically charge you every month on the date you enabled the membership. In the case of a billing date being scheduled for a date that does not exist in a given month (a good example being leap year that only takes places once every four years) Tripamix will charge you on the last day of that month. Auto-renewal happens at the beginning of the of your billing cycle and it is possible there may be delays in processing causing you to see the charges being posted to your payment service at a later date.

9. Cancellation

Cancelling with Tripamix is simple. You can cancel via my account section, which can be accessed once logging in, or by calling the local Tripamix customer service number or by letting Tripamix know via WhatsApp. The cancellation will go into effect at the end of the billing cycle. Once cancelling you will be able to access your login area however, your property will be deactivated. If you wish to reverse the cancellation at any point, you can do so by accessing your account, viewing the property that you cancelled the subscription for and renewing with a saved payment method or adding a new payment method.

10. Conduct

If Tripamix suspects or discovers you are using Tripamix for fraudulent or illegal or improper purpose or misconduct we will deactivate you’re account without giving notice. We will make you aware once we have deactivated your property and the reasons for doing so. However, if we do deactivate your account and you have made considerable effort to resolve any breaches mentioned in the previous paragraph we will re-activate your property. If your account is deactivated or permanently removed and you had a premium membership active, we will still collect all sums due for that given month and any other additional costs on a case-by-case basis.

11. Proprietary rights

By accepting the agreement, you are acknowledging and agreeing that all the services being provided by Tripamix, any software that is used in connection with the services, any data aggregated based on the content published on the platform, any content made to the platform or made available to the platform for public viewing is intellectual property of Tripamix. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, copy, or create derivative works based on the platform, the software, or content available on the platform(except for content that you submit), in whole or in part.

Tripamix grants you a non-transferable, personal, revocable, non-sub licensable, non-exclusive rights and licenses to access and use the services as long you do not or allow any third party (which is or isn’t associated to you) to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, create derivative work, discover, copy, modify, edit, delete, source code, sell, assign, sublicense. You agree not to access the Tripamix platform or Tripamix by any means other than through the interface/domain provided, which is provided by Tripamix for only being a partner or member of Tripamix.

12. Your Feedback

Feedback is critical to improving the platform and continuously giving the best experience possible for all relationships involved in the Tripamix ecosystem. The Tripamix team welcomes any feedback including comments, suggestions, errors, positive or negative experiences in regards to the services and information being provided. Any feedback which is provided by you grants Tripamix a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license, assignable, transferable, sub-license to copy, distribute, create derivative works, display publically, exploit feedback to make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, export services or products back on the feedback provided. You are licensing us any feedback provided by you.

13. Service Duration

The free service commences at the time of you account registration. The service continues for free on a monthly basis automatically. If you activate a premium subscription then you will be charged monthly. The subscription can be cancelled at any time which will return your account type to the free functionality. If you choose to deactivate/delete account it can be done via contacting us or logging in and in the account section.

14. Liability

Tripamix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and by agreeing you are accepting that you use Tripamix at your sole risk.

Tripamix expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, which are expressed or implied. This includes implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or correctness in the billing, and non-infringement fully allowed by law. No Advice or information whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the service will create any warranty not expressly made in this agreement.

If you are not satisfied with the service being provided by Tripamix, the only three remedies is to

1. If you have activated a premium subscription, then cancel the subscription for the service being provided according to this agreement.

2. Delete your account, which will in turn cancel property subscription, delete all records of your property and delete your account.

3. Communicate with Tripamix to see if there is a possible alternative solution to your dissatisfaction. Content provided on Tripamix is provided without any warranties, guarantees or conditions as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Tripamix and its employee’s liabilities exclude: loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and loss of income revenue.

In these terms and conditions, nothing excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Any data submitted to Tripamix is at your own risk. You accept by submitting your information the inherent security risks of providing information over the internet. It is your responsibility to assure the connection is secure when submitting information. Once Tripamix has received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access. If a breach was to occur, we will not be held responsible for any breach of security unless it was caused by our negligence or wilful default.

15. Changes

Tripamix may change, add, and delete certain parts of its terms and conditions in its sole discretion where it deems necessary based on technical, regulatory, legal and jurisdictional factors.

Tripamix can change, deactivate, discontinue or delete any of the functionality the Tripamix platform at any time, which includes availability of features, information, saved in our database or content published privately or publicly on the Tripamix platform.

For technical and security reasons Tripamix can limit access of functionality for the Tripamix platform to prevent against unauthorised access, deletion of data, loss of data.

By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting any changes made in the future by Tripamix are acknowledged by you.

16. Account deletion

Upon deleting your account, this will in turn cancel your account delete all records of your account. If a subscription is active when you delete your account and there is an outstanding subscription charge, we will collect at the point of deletion.

To delete your account you can do so via the my account section, contact your local Tripamix customer service number or email or contact us on WhatsApp.

17. Account deactivation

Deactivating your account will essentially remove all online presence however Tripamix will hold the data just in case you decide to reactivate which will prevent you from having to input all data again.

18. Resale

You will not resell or provide any of the services to third parties whether or not for profit for otherwise.

19. Force Majeure

Tripamix will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by situations which our not in our control. These include war, civil war, nuclear warfare, national emergency, fire, accidents, lightning, floods, storms, acts of god, governmental, regulatory authority, misinformation, equipment/ hardware failure, software malfunctions, electrical power failure, faults, disruption or interruption of the network or associated networks Tripamix is partnered with, infectious diseases, epidemics, lock-outs, industrial disputes, terrorist attacks.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tripamix Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates, representatives, licensors from any and all third party liability, damages and/or costs including attorneys’ fees, legal fees which arise from using Tripamix.

21. Currency Conversion

Tripamix currency rates are sourced via public available sources and should only be determined as guidelines only. Rates may vary and are not deemed being accurately verified. Any information in regards to currency is supplied as being accurate but does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy. Information regarding currency should only be used for personal use and it is prohibited such data is transferred, shared, sold, copied to be used for research or commercial purposes.

22. Our responsibility to you

Tripamix does not accept responsibility for any injury, illness or death unless caused by the properties negligence.

Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising out of your stay/visit to the property must be brought against the proprietor of the property concerned and not against Tripamix Limited. It will be subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated.

23. Business Features & Descriptions

Tripamix takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published about each property, product and service is accurate. However, as a review/booking agent, rather than an owner or operator of accommodations, we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions in the descriptions. Facilities and amenities in accommodation may be temporarily unavailable for operational reasons. Where this happens, we will do our best to advise as soon as possible and acknowledge any issues in the property description page

24. Reviews

Reviews published on the Tripamix platform are for informing other users of Tripamix and future users of your rating for the property which was visited by the user. Tripamix reserves the right to regulate and decline reviews in discretion on unique occasions. Reasons for doing so is to assure reviews are not spammed with non-related reviews to the corresponding property such as *advertising of other products *abusive text with the possibility of containing explicit language *invitations to other websites *bias reviewing. Any official multimedia relating to a property such as photos or videos or hyperlinking to social media should only be uploaded by the proprietor. You must own the copyright to any multimedia uploaded onto the Tripamix platform. Any uploaded materials may be used for marketing purposes to promote the Tripamix brand. Tripamix has the control to delete, use, copy, exhibit and distribute any of the multimedia shared with our platform.

In addition, it is the users’ responsibility to assure any uploading of multimedia does not contain any illegal, pornography, viruses, Trojans, racial content. It is also the user’s responsibility to assure uploaded material does not flagged for copyright infringement. If any of the following does occur, will take action, which may lead to 1) deletion of content 2) suspension of your account.

25. Security

Tripamix assures all online bookings are safe and secure. We use the latest internet security technologies to protect our customers. The entire transaction process including your payment information is encrypted. You are able to make bookings with us with browsers capable of handling SSL technology meaning a secured connection has been achieved. It is recommended you use the most updated version of your web client to, as this will assure SSL is present. Tripamix are a PCI compliant company.

26. Passports and Visas

For accommodation bookings all passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and if required, a visa. It is your responsibility and to meet the requirements of the countries you are visiting and we cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred if you fail to gaining access to any country.

27. Confirmation of Booking

A booking is only confirmed when Tripamix has issued a booking reference, booking confirmation and have received payment of the deposit due or full amount if required immediately or pre-arrival. The booking confirmation will identify the name, address, number of guests, check in and check date of the accommodation you have booked. Please check all these details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Tripamix reserves the right to cancel the booking if any balance due is not received by the due date. In this case, you will be advised by email, and cancellation charges as outlined below will be charged. It is your responsibility to notify Tripamix of changes in your contact details.

28. Accommodation reservations

Accommodation should only be occupied by the named persons at the time of booking or subsequently advised. Should any damaged be caused by you or a member of your party to the accommodations or its contents, you will be required to arrange immediate reimbursement to the before departing the premises.

29. Insurance

For customers booking any type of accommodation on the Tripamix platform we strongly recommend that your purchase a policy for travel insurance to cover medical costs, third party liability and cancellation charges.

30. Health and Safety

Health formalities can change and we recommend you visit your doctor well before travelling to obtain advice. Infrastructure and safety standards in many foreign countries differ from country to country and it’s important you and members of your party keep this in mind in order to assure you’re parties safety safety whilst travelling.

31. Consumer Prices and Payment Process

Prices are quoted at the time of the booking which may or may not include tax and service charges and will be highlighted on payment page.

Prices can go up or down, but we guarantee that the price quoted on your booking confirmation will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details. Payment for extras (such as incidental charges, mini-bar charges, laundry and telephone bills or any extra nights or any other additional features) must be made directly to the accommodation when you depart.

Payment should be made by credit card or debit card. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card details. You undertake that the credit or debit card is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the premium subscription charge, accommodation charge and any extras. In addition to taking payment for any balance due.

32. Star Ratings

Star ratings are used to symbolise the overall quality and level of standards of each hotel. Our ratings are based on criteria including the range and standard of facilities, the quality of the furnishings, the quality and range of food outlets, and the overall level of service. They range from 2 star, where you can expect simple accommodation with limited facilities, to 5 star accommodation which is likely to have a full range of facilities of the highest standards.

Our ratings do not always coincide with the official ratings as these vary significantly by country, and often within countries. Also not all countries have official rating systems. Where available the official rating of each hotel or apartment is shown within the hotel descriptions. Stars being used for properties other than hotels for instance campsites, bed and breakfast, home rentals do not use the same star rating mechanism which is applied to hotel accommodations.

The stars used for non-hotel accommodations do not correspond to the star ranking system which are used for hotel accommodations. Properties other than hotels receive their star rating based on multiple variables.

33. Accommodation Descriptions

Tripamix takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published about each property, product and service is accurate. However, as a booking agent, rather than an owner or operator of accommodations, we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions in the descriptions. Facilities and amenities in accommodation may be temporarily unavailable for operational reasons. Where this happens, we will do our best to advise as soon as possible and acknowledge any issues in the property description page

34. Cancellations (Normal)

Each business has its own cancellation rules and should be viewed before booking. The cancellation rules can be found on the business description page and if you have already placed a booking through the Tripamix platform then refer to the “My Account” area and “View Bookings” where you will see a link named “Cancellation Policy” next to the booking you have made.

It may be the case the accommodation has chosen not to have its own rule therefore has chosen to apply Tripamix’s cancellation policy. If this is the case then the cancellation rule is as follows for normal season:

Cancellations can be processed via self service in the my account area or by email to by the person who made the original booking and paid the deposit or via the my account area.

The email must contain your booking reference together with the accommodation name. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking we will refund your deposit by recrediting the credit or debit card with which it was paid, provided that, when you booked, it was more than 72 hours before the planned date of arrival.

Certain travel arrangements cannot be changed or cancelled without incurring a 100% cancellation charge. If this is the case, we will inform you during the cancellation process.

35. Cancellations (Special)

(during periods of trade fairs, exhibitions and other special events)

Each business may have its own cancellation rules and should be viewed before booking. Cancellation rules can be found on the business description page and if you have already placed a booking then refer to the “My Account” area and “View Bookings” where you will see a link named “Cancellation Policy” next to the booking you have made.

Special conditions imposed by businesses apply during periods of trade fairs, exhibitions and other special events, because of which our normal cancellation policy cannot apply. Another example of a special event are football world cups, the Super Bowl, Olympics, Formula 1, religious events, seasonal events. Businesses within special event vicinities always get fully booked so a cancellation in this scenario has the following the rules applied.

It may be the case the Business has chosen not to have its own rule therefore has chosen to apply Tripamix’s cancellation policy. If this is the case then the cancellation rule is as follows for Special Seasons:

During these periods the following will apply:

Full payment is required on confirming your booking

100% cancellation charges apply (for those dates of stay falling within the fair or special event period.) Changes to your booking (except adding to booking) will be treated as a cancellation and full cancellation charges will apply.

You will be advised at the time of booking whether your booking falls within such a period under cancellation rules.

36. Changes made by you

Dependant on the changes made to your bookings there may be additional charges applied for administrative purpose.

If the change adds value to the booking (for example, an upgrade, additional rooms or nights) then no administration fee will be charged.

Changes to your booking which involve either a reduction of the number of nights at your accommodation, or a reduction in the number of rooms booked, and that are advised to us 7 days or less before you are due to arrive will be treated as cancellations, and the charges outlined in the cancellation section will be applied.

37. Changes made by us

Tripamix does its utmost to avoid making changes to any bookings. In the unlikely event that we are notified by the proprietor of the accommodation that they cannot provide the accommodation booked, you can either cancel free of charge, and your deposit will be refunded, or accept alternative accommodation of equivalent standard (if available). Where we are notified of changes we will contact you as soon as possible. No compensation is possible for such changes.

38. Complaints

Tripamix will only deal with complaints which solely and directly related to the booking process. If you are dissatisfied in any way with our booking service, you should notify us in writing or by email as soon as possible quoting your booking number. If you are dissatisfied with your accommodation, you MUST advise the accommodation management directly, in order to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem. You may lose any right to compensation if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction you should contact Tripamix on our 24 hour hotline number, email or WhatsApp. We will act as an intermediary to try to resolve your complaint. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation concerned.

39. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms. You agree and accept to be bound by these terms.
